Same Old Good Old
Today has been kinda boring, but I like those kinds of days. Am now up to row 236 on the MS 3. Really surprised to be that far along. It does seem that lace knitting gets easier as I practice, get more relaxed. I don't see how my stole will be any larger than maybe 16 inches. That's ok. Am really enjoying the process. And the sparklies! Sometimes I think maybe I am related to crows, as much as I love shiney things - beads, glitter, diamonds, sparkle glue, rainbows on soap bubbles.
Gateway says that's boring, I have 'him' to admire! As you can see, he gets some good time in his felted cat bed. Actually got to knit without him for a couple of hours today. DH and I watched 'Prisoner of Azkaban' (sp?) today. I couldn't remember exactly what it was about. I want to see the new movie. The problem with me and movies that have much action is that it puts me to sleep. Guess I'm just contrary.
A couple of pictures for your enjoyment, or at least mine! Besides, they are also sparkly.

Finished Mystery Stole 3 3rd Clue - with feline help
Well, the finished 3rd clue should be right here. I am not having the easiest time learning to format things on here. Eventually, I will have a lovely blog, with all kinds of buttons on the right side where they belong. However, it is late and dh is sleeping in the living room with John Wayne, guess I had better wake him up, J.W. might not care for the situation. evil grin...

MS3 - working hard - Having Fun!
Links
Here is a picture of my Mystery Stole 3 a couple days ago. Am a good bit further along now. Being a new blogger, I am having no fun trying to learn how to deal with adding buttons, getting rid of things I don't want on a post, and all that kind of thing. And since I am getting SO IRRITATED with it, am going to get away from here and just go work on my stole. SO THERE!

Day at Home, No MS3 yarn, fat breakfast, muffins
Looks like I don't really need to write anything but the title. Can't let redundancy fears stop me now though.
I am a Southerner. No way around it. I also have Country Southern food problems. Meaning - biscuits, butter, eggs, gravy, Karo syrup and did I mention 'butter?' Ok, that leaves out things like fried okra, fried chicken, cornbread, corn on the cob with - did I mention 'butter?' ....yum
However, I have (mostly) turned my back on (most) of those kinds of things (mostly) (sometimes). I am not a slim wispy person. - Pregnant Pause - waiting for whoops and laughter. And we love vegetables, brown rice, sprouted bread, nuts, fruit and all those wonderful healthful things. But once in a while, give me a fat break. So:
This morning I made biscuits, bacon and scrambled eggs. As I was scraping the bacon bits off the bottom of the cast iron skillet (is there any other kind..) there was perfect gravy makings. So I did.
So, many hours later, I asked DH if he had any particular appetite for dinner. He reminded me we had some a bit too ripe bananas. Said he was assuming I would make some banana blueberry muffins. (like banana bread, only if you don't have three bananas you wind up adding blueberries instead and discover something you like much better - and if you don't want to rummage way back in the cabinet 'cause there may always be a spider monster there, you use muffin cups)
Have been working on my sweater sleeves. Hoping for stole yarn in tomorrow's mail.
Also need to finish the a little over half done rug on my Milton Bradley 1961 era toy loom. Using up some Lion Homespun.
